COURSE BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

In consideration of being allowed to participate in the above listed course.

Payment for the course provides confirmation of your booking with CS Learning.

Payments are not refundable.

CS Learning will confirm bookings by e-mail.

Once your booking is confirmed we guarantee that the cost of your course will not change.

We will always try and accommodate changes made by you; any changes should be advised in writing (email) but we cannot guarantee we will be able to satisfy your requirements, especially if they are close to the date of your course.

CANCELLATION BY THE CLIENT

Cancellation must be in writing (e-mail is fine). We will contact you by email to confirm your requests.

Should you wish to make any changes to your booking after it has been confirmed and reserved you must advise us of your wishes.

If we are forced to cancel your course (other than due to your default in payment), we will endeavour to find you alternative date if available or alternatively give you a full refund of all monies you have paid as soon as possible.

Compensation will not be payable and no liability can be accepted where the cancellation is made as a result of unusual and unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control, the consequences of which we could not have avoided even with all due care. If we are forced to cancel your course where circumstances arise amounting to ‘Force Majeure’ we reserve the right to do so and regret we cannot make any refunds, pay any compensation or be responsible for any cost or expenses incurred by you as a result.

CANCELLATION OR CHANGES BY CS LEARNING

Whilst rare, it could at some stage be necessary to make minor or major alterations to the booking and other details both before and after bookings have been confirmed. Although most changes would be minor ones, we reserve the right to do so but will advise you of any issues arising from such changes. If it is necessary to make a significant change before the date of the event, we will advise you as soon as we can. We will then offer you the choice of either accepting the changed arrangements notified to you or to offer an alternative course/date.

BEHAVIOUR

All attendees are expected to behave with consideration to others in order that everybody may enjoy the course. If in our reasonable opinion you or any member of your party behaves in such a way as to cause, or to be likely to cause, distress, danger or annoyance to any third party (including other attendees) or damage to property, we reserve the right to terminate the course of the person concerned without notice.

In this extreme situation, our responsibilities towards that person will immediately cease and we will not be responsible for meeting any costs or expenses they may incur as a result. In this extreme situation we will also not pay any compensation, or make any refunds to the individual involved, or responsible company.

COMPLAINTS

We take all complaints very seriously and will deal with them personally. If you have any complaint about our courses, then please raise them with us as soon as possible. In reality, most complaints can be dealt with quickly and efficiently. If you are still not satisfied, or wish to complain after your course, then please write to us by e-mail within 28 days of your course date. We cannot accept liability in respect of any claims not notified to ourselves accordance with this clause.
